WHAT A SHOW TUESDAY NIGHT!!!!!!
Damn, The Saints of Pain definitely know how to put on a show. That night was better than ever; then again, each show I see gets better and better.

Since I always put some sort of posting regarding the shows, I figured that I start a blog only for the saints of pain, since myspace doesn't save all those great reviews. I will post my first review tonight and it is titled "Blood & Blackout". You can check it out at http://www.thesaintsofpainblog.com

PRIEST: give me a call so I can transfer ownership of the URL to you.
Until the next show... I'll be front and center and in full uniform.

SAINTS FOREVEEEEEEEEEER!!!!!!!
Sorry for the delay in posting, but I've been crazy busy this whole week. now without further ado...

Tuesday night at Otto's can only be described in one word: "UNISON". Yep, that's the best way to explain what happened at Otto's that night. You must be wondering, what the hell I'm talking about by "Unison". Well, have you ever had so many fans singing to the tunes that they are louder than the lead singer? that's what happened last night at Otto's. Every body were singing the words to songs like "Down", and "Little Whispers". What's more, everybody would know when the chorus would come on and all of us would start banging our heads in UNISON at the same time. Otto's has never been so moved as it wasTuesday night.

and of course there was no way that we were going to let the saints walk off stage without singing one more song. Before Lazarus could finish uttering the words "good night", the whole crowd was already screaming for one more song. Now the great band that they are, they just had to please all of us. That's when they belted out "Down". I swear if you were there and paying attention, you felt the ground shaking with all the fans stomping their feet so hard to the grove of that awesome song.

As always, the Saints do not disappoint. It was crowded. so crowded in fact that I felt left out not being on the front row for the first time ever. It was so great being pushed further and further back because the new fans were just in awe of that awesome voice lazarus can belt out.

it was mayhen as it should always be. When The Saints of Pain take the stage, no one is left alive.
Can't wait until the next show. As always, it just keeps getting better and better. until next time, I'll be front (maybe?) and center and in full uniform.

with all of the excitement I forgot to mention at one point the fans was so loud and crazy that Lazarus grabbed the camera from the camera man, and just pointed it at all the fans singing along. And yeah I must say I, I felt like one of the family when Lazarus hugged me and pointed the camera at me while we both sang.

and let's ot forget the AWESOME guitar solo from Syxx..It was just wild.. One minute I had my eyes closed singing to the tunes, and then the devil appeared when I opened my eyes. Right in front of me, no even 6 inches away from me was Syxx.... then his solo came and he just went crazy. Nobody can play the guitar like he can. That shit was brutal and I was loving every minute of it.

I just hope that when the Saints of Pain are playing at the garden, that they never forget me and save me a front row seat. These guys are going far and hard and taking no prisioners....

THE SAINTS PLAYED BROADWAY, THE SAINTS PLAYED BROADWAY!!!!!!

I got your attention? Good... yes the saints played at the mean fiddler on Broadway and 47th... it was a sight to behold the new SOP fans that I converted. People were admiring my Saints of Pain uniform and asking me “who the hell were these guys”...They were all wondering why there were sooooo many people wearing the SOP gear.
well at the end of the show they definitely found out. They came up to me saying things like: “you were right!!! they ARE great!!!” and “Oh my god, they rock!”. There was even this one lady that called the Saints, and I quote: “the band before you was good, but you guys are dirty.”.
You make of it what you want, all i know is that it was a great thing for a fan to say... that just means that when the saints take the stage, there's NO mercy in that field of battle. I just love it how members the bands that played before the saints actually hung out and danced around to the tunes of the saints.
Thanks to the band “HUNG” for showing all that great support.

so I hope to see you all on Tuesday at Otto's. Be there or be square. Come up and say hi. I don't bite.

As always, I will be front and center and in full uniform.

SAINTS FOREVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER!!

As always the Saints of Pain did not disappoint. Crash Mansion Tuesday night was reveling in the mayhem that only the saints can bring to any crowd anywhere.

I feel bad for any band that takes to the stage after the saints play because there are no survivors in the battle field when they are done.
If you pay attention to the words of "Down", "Anthem", and "Therapy", they strike a chord in your emotions. They get all stirred up and all out of whack because they write and sing from their hearts and experience.

The Saints of Pain is a band like no other I have ever heard. This is the only band that has actually made me get up to dance and sing along to their songs. They are one of the very few bands that have stirred my emotions as they do, and for that you have to love their music.

If you listen past Lazarus's overtaking voice, past Priest's deep bass, past Syxx's screeching riffs, and past Gabriel's thundering drums, you hear the pain of life being told in a great Melodies.

And with that, I shall leave you to your thoughts. To ponder the power of the greatest rock band to hit the stage in decades. THE SAINTS OF PAIN!
Until next time "front and center and in full uniform".

Saints are rawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

Oh wait, that’s not my trade mark scream, but I think it needs to be revisited.

Friday night Spy Club did not know what hit them. They felt the wave and mayhem created by The Saints of Pain.
How Raw where they? The music was so awesome and high that the decibels busted the club’s boards. Yes, that’s right!!! The Saints of Pain exploded the sound system. If that’s not raw power and mayhem created by this great music, then I don’t know what is.

The culminating point of the night was that new tune they busted out. FIRST time ever and it was played live… HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!! What an awesome tune. They have GOT to play that next time. The song “Therapy” was awesome as always, but this new tune is just as great. EVERYBODY got up and thrashed around when they played it.
So inquiring minds want to know, what’s the name of the new tune?????

See you all on the 24th at crash mansion front and center and in full uniform.

Saints foreveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerr!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those of you that missed the show last night at Odin's Tavern missed the BEST show EVER!. Long Island went MAD when the saints of pain took over the stage. What made it the best show is that Gabriel is back at the drums. Last night the music was played to its perfection. you DON"T fuck around with perfection, and Gabriel showed us that. Just like Pentecostals claim the holy spirit takes over your body, so the did the Saints of Pain last night. At times the crowd was louder than Lazarus. There even were girls giving other girls lap dances while the saints played.

Long Island was so crazy with the Saints of Pain, that even after they left the stage, everybody was still yelling for an encore. They actually had to get back on stage, hook up the mics, bass, and guitar to make everybody happy. They played "Therapy" and that was the culmination point for LI. After the song was over, I heard a girl saying she had an orgasm when that song played.

So do the Saints of Pain rock or what?!

Nuff said.

SAINTS FOREVER!!!!!!!!!
I can never say it enough; if you weren’t there, you missed a hell of a show.. Last night was just GREAT!!. There tons of friendly people, and it was just like one big family. Everybody was chatting with everybody else, and we were all buying each other drinks. It was great fun all around. What I like best is that you never know what to expect when you go see these guys play.

The highlight of my evening was when priest asked me to show him my video skills by taping their concert. It was awesome!!!!! It was weird not jumping around and screaming off the top of my lungs (like that really stopped me lol).
A great time was had by all, with great conversation, and fun times. That’s what the saints are all about. There’s not one thing that defines them; it’s everything.
As always I will be at the next concert front and center, and in uniform.

SAINTS FOREVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER!!!!!!!
I know I’m late with my post, but it’s been crazy for me.
As always the show kicked ass, and a great time was had by all. The music was so awesome that a light bulb exploded ( true story, just ask Drax).
The most wonderful thing happened Tuesday night at Otto’s. As always as soon as the saints started to play, everybody gathered around to listen to that awesome music. But wanna know how much the saints are adored? After the show everybody was outside of Otto’s keeping the guys busy talking to them, asking for autographs, shaking hands. It was so awesome that the club manager had to come outside and ask people to go inside and enjoy the FREE show. There were more people outside talking to the saints of pain than there were at the bar!!!!!
if that’s not the type of attention that the saints of pain command, then I don’t know what it.. It takes a lot of work for a band to pack the house as they do, but it takes a REAL band to get the bar empty after the show.

That’s my two cents for tonight.
Can’t wait till the 18th. New place, great songs, and as always I’ll be “front and center and in full uniform”. (I think that’s my new TSOP motto haha).

Your disciple of pain.
Damian.

WOW!!! What a show last night.. holy ..($&..($&..

Lazarus was off the hook with the songs. He got the whole crowd all riled up. As always, theres never anybody at the bar when the saints are on. EVERYBODY moves to the stage. Those in uniform like me get to push their way to the front of the stage.

I have never seen the saints play like the did last night. Not even when Priest almost lost his balance, or seemed that way, and yet he managed to no loose a single beat. Now thats performanship.

The crowd was so wild you could hardly listen to Lazarus talk.

When the saints play they do not disappoint. Syxx has some new moves that he broke out through one of the songs.

Lucian was beating the hell out of his drums till they cried mercy. Hey Lucian, whats the idea with hitting me over the head with the first drum stick while Im singing man? I know.. I missed the second one too.. I was too much into the songs. Lol.

All the bands were good, but none like the saints.

Now I have to say that unfortunately down has moved to number 2 in my list of favorite songs. My newest fave is now Therapy. Now theres a hell of a song to bang your head to the stage to.

Your disciple of pain patiently awaits the next show where all my frustrations at the office are tamed by the wild songs of the Saints of Pain. Front and center and in full uniform.

Saints foreveeeeeeeeer!

God damn! What a show!!!!!!. From now one I will never say that the last show was the best because it just keeps getting better and better and better. My eyes could not believe the humongous crowd that showed up to see the saints. That was the biggest turnout I have seen. There were people shoulder to shoulder. When the saints played, the bar was empty; EVERYBODY was front and center and enjoying the music.

All the hits, all the great songs were played; there was NO mercy last night. If you were there, your soul was theirs; if you missed it, you get no salvation. They lashed out discipline like no other band I have ever heard. It was so crazy that you could feel the heat emanating from the stage.

Lazarus had fire for eyes, he forgave no one. Everybody was at his mercy. He called out people by name and told them this song or that song was for them. Now what band does that? You tell me. He came to the crowd and sang to the lovely geisha VII, who was looking mighty fine last night. Only the saints command your undivided attention like they do.

The crowd was wild; people were singing along and shouting. For a moment I thought Lazarus was going to be bum rushed by the huge mosh pit at the front of the stage.

Priest was just a blur as he moved to the heart of the music and dreads were flying everywhere. His bass is one with him when he plays, and poetry comes out to you and hits you in the face. It is raunchy and fast.

O'Brien 6 was just all evil as he let out his guitar riffs. When he plays; you BOW!!!!! Hes the devil incarnate when playing.

Gabriel, as quiet as he is, he beat those drums until blood was pouring out of them.

June 30 will be another day of mayhem, and I cant wait CBGBs will be in trouble as we tear down the walls.

SAINTS FOREVEEEEEEEEEEER!

ok, whoever was NOT at Otto's Shrunken Head last night missed the BEST show EVER!!!!

There were lots of "new converts" last night. Have you ever been so close to these guys that their sweat jumps on you? This is how amazing last night was. There was even a mush pit by the people rocking to the great tunes.....

I never understood what pentacostals feel when they pray until last night. They say that the holy spirit gets into your body and makes you shake all over and act all crazy.. that's exactly what happened last night!! You just couldn't help it! you HAD to get up and jam with these guys and sing along to the awesome tunes. WE TORE THE HOUSE DOWN!!!!

The only regret was when the show ended. I just wished it was longer...

Can't wait until the 28th.. I need the "Saints" spirit to overtake my body as it did last night.
